soldatos-cooling.com is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Terms of Sale and Warranty

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following conditions shall apply:

  1. Goods are shipped at the customer's risk and expense.
  2. The courts of Athens, Greece shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
  3. Returns are accepted within 10 working days, provided that the products have not been installed, disassembled, modified, or had any parts replaced.
  4. A one (1) year warranty for the proper operation of automotive air conditioning compressors shall only be granted if all of the following procedures have been carried out:
    • All parts of the A/C system that are not replaced, including pipes and the evaporator, must be thoroughly cleaned using certified flushing procedures and approved cleaning agents.
    • The receiver dryer (filter dryer) must always be replaced when installing a new compressor.
    • The expansion valve (orifice tube / fixed-diameter tube) must always be replaced when installing a new compressor.
    • The air conditioning condenser must be replaced when installing a new compressor.
    • After flushing the system, the correct quantity of compressor oil must be added.
    • The warranty period begins on the date shown on the relevant sales invoice or receipt.

For requirements 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4 and 4.5, proof of completion must be provided by submitting a service invoice or workshop receipt signed by a qualified and certified technician, together with the purchase invoice or receipt for the replacement parts used.

  1. Warranty coverage shall not be granted for any compressor that has not been installed by a qualified/certified technician or has been disassembled, modified, or repaired without authorization.
  2. In the event of disagreement with the above terms, the recipient must notify SPYRIDON SOLDATOS & CO. L.P. in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. In such a case, the customer shall immediately return all goods intact and unused. SPYRIDON SOLDATOS & CO. L.P. expressly reserves the right to withdraw from the sale without liability. Any costs incurred shall be borne exclusively by the customer.
